Haywire Bay Regional Park Powell River
This popular recreational area is located on the southeast shore of Powell Lake, just north of the community of Powell River. Activities in the park include canoeing, picnicking, hiking and swimming. Campers have the option of one of 12 waterfront campsites accessed by water or 33 RV/tent campsites.

Inland Lake Provincial Park
This 2,763-hectare provincial park features a day use area as well as a 13 km wheelchair accessible trail around Inland Lake. Swimming is permitted in the lake, which is usually warm in the summer, but beach area is limited. Overnight camping is allowed.
